  • We accept secure payments via Debit/Credit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

  • Perishable items such as fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery, and meat products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

  • For eligible returns, items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging, and issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
